Morning Pinno, hope all's well with you. I am hoping to race 2 weeks after Pendle, Rivi Pike or Causey Pike, undecided yet. Going forward anything I can fit in between injury and work! CU at a start line soon!!

Well emmilou it was a 32oz steak

SCARY!!!! I have an inability to turn down a challenge so when the boys on my course said that they were having a huge steak eating competition I couldn't say no, especially as the only other girl on the course was really up for it

I came 4th and some of the boys didn't even finish though so although I feel a little rounder today, it's all good
