evening all. how were the merrylegs today?

Not so merry this morning. Football was cancelled, pitch waterlogged, so we went for a bike ride instead. Had an ice cold bath tonight, much to everyone's amusement, and i feel great now How was the Lad's Leap?

having an early night got first day of a new job tomorrow, night all

ouch at the ice bath! you have shown some admirable testicular fortitude. lads leap was a good race, some cracking scenery and interesting terrain, about 200 there I think. I still need lots more hill training ...
