How on earth did you manage that after yesterday Danbert!
1hr 10 mins up a trail called the "Philosophers path" in Heidelberg Germany. German guy told me it was 400m of ascent. In the clouds at the top - out about 1hr 10mins and about 7 miles in total
Sunday - Chichester Priory 10k 38:49 and a pb.
Monday - took the kids to Tate Modern for a go down the slides http://www.tate.org.uk/modern/exhibi...er/photos.shtm .
Today - will go for my 7 miles lunch time in a little while and then it's a club session this evening (5x5 mins with 1 min recoveries + warm up and cool down).

Ran up and down Ben Ledi today. Fantastic weather and views. You cant buy pleasure like that![]()
Track - 20 x200metre reps in 35 secs with 35 secs (100m) jog recovery. Split into 4sets of 5reps with 3mins rest between each set.
It all seemed to be over and done with very quickly. Felt like i spent longer in the super showers than on't track.
Chilly out there tonight but a great night for a run. No moon but about a zillion stars. In the distance I could see what looked to be a number of head torches climbing Winter Hill from the Belmont side at about 7:30pm. Any of you lot?
2 x 500m in the pool at lunchtime.
3 x 400, 3 x 800, 3 x 400 on the track tonight. F-f-freezing.
Must remember not to get those two sessions mixed up.
