First time in years I didn't run the race yesterday and I enjoyed more watching, might be the fact that my feet aren't in pieces on Easter Sunday

My feet are OK but my right knee is creasing me. Off to church in a few minutes and when i kneel down to take communion i might not be able to get back up

This race might not be everybodys cup of tea but i find it a pleasent change to have so many spectators on the course at a fell race

The spectators were great all clapping and encouraging.

What an enjoyable day we all had.

Didn't see you Em, probably due to the fact that i thought my lungs were going to burst and my heart was on it's way out of my chest.
And that was just on the road at the beginning.
    Great atmosphere though

What is the course for the Junior race(s)? I'm trying to convince my eldest to give it go next year.
