30 mins through soft slushy snow - good at making you keep those knees up!
Going out later. Beautiful day and im incapable at the mo due to last nights excesses.
about 6 mile hilly road road around the Strines valley. Felt terrible, don't know why, I've rested last few days but last long run tommorrow before the skyline.
Think now would be a good time to go. Rest of the family insist on watching bunch of overpaid egos kicking sack of wind around pitch.
