    Re: Today's Training

Oops another catch up post as weekends away increase. This thread may get hard as the weather improves.

Easy recovery 4s and 5s all last week then a recce round the Ennerdale race route, 22.6miles and 7500feet in constant wind and freezing conditions. Great fun with Baggins, Moo and Huw with some sights I will never forgwt.

Then rest sunday, recovery 4 monday, recovery 4 this a.m and a steady 5 on trails this p.m. finally feeling good again.

5.7 miles from Pen Y Pass up Pyg Track back down Miners Track - still quite a bit of snow but turning slushy...

9 miles club run around town. First 6 steady, around mara pace, then blast last 3 feeling really strong. A pleasing but very cold night.

Hello its me again folks! Just a hilly, road & trail 4 mile recovery run to stretch last nights pleasing burn up out of my legs. Feeling a bit heavy but nice to have no wind or rain, and snow on all the surrounding hills.
