    Ey oop DT,

Not even left the house today. Just finished awesome roast dinner....thanks to Mrs. Steampig! About to start on the chocolate now, courtesy of the junior Steampigs excessive Easter egg haul.

BTW, how's the "Hobblers Knee"? my right Knee is giving me jip following a steady run up the PW yesterday.

Now then Steampig! Knees both creaking a bit. Ran Tues and Wed and walked up Simon's Seat on Fri plus 12ml-ish run y'day in Ribblesdale hence resting today. Might have a run out on Tuesday as have day off.

Just a 3m walk with kids on their bikes, right knee feels tighter than a yorkies wallet. Got kids to myself all day tomorrow so probably rest again

Nice & easy yesterday, no running (for a change!), not even a 20minute blast out to "keep the legs in". Enjoyed pizza & bottle of vino redo before the pictures. Marvellous! Lot to be said for not running....

Mind you, out for a 2hr session tonight on the fells in the dark....and it's raining....

Rest, rest, rest til Sunday (Downfall race). I find it tough forcing myself "not" to run or is it just me?
