Moel Tryfan Fell Race, supposedly 6km, really shouldn't have raced after the Mournes, hamstrings tight and just felt empty. Not very wise move really.

Cracking night fell run with two friends last night based around Black Hill and Holme Moss. Turned out a bit longer on account of getting "lost" in the woodland bits around Yateholme. 2 1/2 hours at night with the moon and stars out. Perfect - what better way to spend an evening?![]()
