Just a little reminder for everyone - please leave time to park and register we have in excess of 500 competitors in the senior race and the junior race is looking very busy too......let the chaos commence!!!!

You could always jog round with the marshals and maybe even get a candlestick holder for your trouble....(very sought after bit of kit!!)
