After our reccie we made it back to the hall and steve found us some cake.
Geoff swung into action straight away and wild horses couldnt stop him from taking a piece.
looks like him, pudgy, and fleeter was well into the beer.

ahm, pudgy couldn't hold onto his pint, fleeter was struggling to stand after his third tee cup pudgy even managed a nice spot prize(socks) then again he does complain that he always needs new ones!

and me well i was happy running up and down the lane with results... alex did grumble at me a few times(sorry) nice to meet wynn and steve, wynn hope your leg is ok?

'twoz a good day out. annoyed i didnt finish the junior though due to reccuring foot injury i got last summer but still enjoyed the day.

Great route, great route - so good we did it twice. Can't wait for next year to do it again.

great weekend,i paced it just right,felt great all way round,took a good line off dale head and was passing people all way up to high spy,manged to hold on only just,wheels very nearly fell off going up to catbells
