Evening, my day's a 23 hour one - nice 50 on the bike in the spring sunshine this morning, work tonight then up early for a trot tommoz. Nights are OK as long as you get up early and do somthing with the day and not fester in bed.
Well done, not been a bad day came home from work and did 5.5 mile on Pex Hill. Sat here working on computer again as we have a full inspection coming next week so making sure we have everything in order.
Inspection is only an internal one but seeing we are one of the strongest areas want to make sure it stays that way.
Hoping to get a 12-14 mile road run in tomorrow night after work.
