Chester Half 18 May then Garburn Trail race 31 May. I usually struggle at Chester but would like to go for a PB not sure if I will manage it.

Sounds a good run today Pinno, will do a long one tomorrow. Just realised the Chester half is the day after Mount Famine Fell Race in Hayfield which is our club counter, will still try and do both.

You still feeling the efects of London? I was planning on doing Snowdonia Mara in October. Cycled the route last year and photographed the race.

Yeh went out monday and it is still in my legs a lot, will go for another short slow one tommorow

I have planned on doing Whitley 10k but have forgot that one of my cousins is having a Christening in Chester on Sunday and we said we would go. Tracey has said why don't I race and we could go in the afternoon. I will need to speak to them.
