Its coming along fine, I have been cycling a lot and am bloody enjoying it TBH.

Doing some flat running races, but tbh at the minute I'm a bit reluctant to step off the saddle (wierd)

Few more weeks I feel and Ill be back on the hills in time for summer (I Hope)
