nice evening club run in strong wind but lucky with the rain.
6.5 miles on the Campsies, not sure about the climb, will look at the map later but I took the direct steep climb each time to work those climbing muscles. Felt the best this week.![]()

Second run of the day a steady 4.36 mile on the treadmill in 30 mins whilst in the gym with the students this afternoon.
Dark Peak Cakes of Bread race 4.7 miles and 1,600ft. 56 minutes
Last night - 55 mins c6 miles club run on Chevin - first time at club since last May!! Got there late-ish, didn't warm up, got slight calf muscle (soleus) pull at furthest point away from car park. Hopefully a few days RICE (well apart form bike commute today) will do the trick but looks like my planned run in Teesdale won't happen

Ok so I skived out of hills because my shoes were wet and muddy and the rain was torrential and I was a big soft girl and went to the gym instead.![]()
7 miles is a very long way on a treadmill and much more taxing on the brain!![]()
Oh by the way...the river crossing was a doddle...took my shoes off, carried them across the raging torrent, and then dried my hooves with my beard at the other side!![]()
