The Gribdale Gallop route 7.5 mile 1340ft. Was a hot one!
Wasn't feeling particularly good as still suffering post nightshift tiredness and very low motivation. But forced myself out, not wanting to miss the wonderful sunny day. Felt even worse when I was overtaken by someone carrying a bike up Roseberry Topping! Think I should change my name to Mountain Tortoise! Hey ho!

Lovely weekends running whilst away. Stopped on Hadrian's Wall on way to Sunderland on Saturday and did 5 miles east from from Walltown and then back again, a lovely run with lots of short sharp inclines and nice weather. Then Sunday was a hilly 8 in Sunderland at mara pace, again feeling easy. Finally yesterday did 5 straight after driving back up north, I felt heavy and the dog vommited so no fun all round. Easing off now.
