What a cracking day, bit of gardening in the sun now followed by a hot sticky run. Temp has just nudged 25!! Some friends of ours just phoned up from Mallorca and it has been raining since Friday
did 6 miles before,was really warm,felt it on the hills,couldn't stop sweating after
Quite glad that big black cloud came over at 3ish otherwise I might have hit the wine and not gone running - nice warm hour over Hameldon and beyond. Also saved me from the idiot visitor.
