8 miles on the flat along the cliffs of holderness near Hornsea, it will be the same on Sunday morning. Not a hill in sight :0(

Happy days again. Did a light 4.7 mile on Pex Hill Trail paths today and felt fine no problems with calf.
Lovely hot sunny afternoon and wished I had been okay to run the Garburn race though.
Completed Duddon in just over 5hrs as part of a fairly hard week, total 50 miles![]()
