Still giving me grief to be honest. Fine one run, then not the next, seems to be better after only a few days off as opposed to months when it first went. Got some nooo shoes waiting for me at the postoffice so hope they will help. Got this ironman france thing 2 weeks on sunday, longest run to date....12 miles

Glad you enjoyed it, did an open water swim thing in the lake district a few weeks ago. Never ever been so cold in my life, proper shivering job, took me hours to warm up. Hated every second of it when I was doing it.
Later in the evening I only had memories of how much I enjoyed it

Noo shoooos hey? I got some noo shoooos last week from Pete Blands, and was very excited when they arrived... til I realised they were the wrong size

No they aren't fell shoooosmy trail shoooos have fell to bits so i'm replacing them, one day I might splash out and get fell shooos as well!!!
