Well done there mate... that's a good deal better than my PB in terms of how far up the field you finished. Never done Rainow, but would've if I'd not been working (and saving myself for a big Tri this weekend).

My lad did Wincle Junior Trout run and finished 22nd out of 52... making a fool out of me, but good on him... he's up for more.

Mrs. C's BG is next up and then probably Shining Tor.

Lantern - are you getting back to fitness then? that's great news!
Rainow is a lovely race - you should deffo do it next year
Shining Tor was one of my fave races last year, but won't be doing it this as saving self for Snowdon 3 days later

Anyway, nowt wrong with being slow, it's the getting off the arse and taking part that matters
(I have to say that cos I am a slowie...I secretly really want to be fast! Don't think my chassis built for speed tho hence the long distance routes
