Hectic morning but pretty much calmed down.
Just over an hour and no intentions of doing anymore work.
40 min run this afternoon then a sit down in front of the footy!

well i was planning on 50miles on the bike after work but have just been TEXTED that im to go and look at a new baby thats just arrived.
That means sitting with three other woman mumbling goo goo goo little hunny bunny in bloody coooey voices for 2 hours
