You'll probably be through there before to get to Durisdeer by 11 but worth knowing.

(holed up here in sunny Hayfield, wishing the ankle wern't trashed)
It was well 'ard, a cracking course (too many hills, but quality descents) a beautiful day and other than the info above i think borrowdale won the team prize for the men.
To be reccomended for those that like their hill runs HILLY!

Not sure how accurate they are - there's one person who finished behind me (you can see it in the pics) who seems to have finished in front of me!
