If anyone fancies a day out on 30th August to raise money for the Intensive Care Society Foundation have a look on the Pony website for details. Its a hill walking challenge (we'll be running tho) to the top of Snowdon with a choice of 3 routes to suit all. Its a team event (4 to a team) and places are limited so get in touch quick if you fancy it. You will be expected to try and raise as much sponsorship as you can but there is a BBQ etc afterwards so it should be a great day out and its a good cause
