What a weekendLeonard Cohen was the best live act i've ever seen, and I believe none of it was recorded on his request, such a clever amazing talent, can bring a grown man to tears...it's the cracks that let the light in!

Yeah I am on my feet all day at work, but did have a few weeks off. Have been advised to wear a supportive shoe and I'm getting an orthotic sole made.
That's a long time off you lucky lucky thing!
Its quite frustrating when you want to run and can't through injury. It does sound like your foot is on the mend slowly another couple of weeks should make a difference hopefully.
Put your feet up whilst off with a good book, plenty of rest and if the suns out and nice glass of wine in the garden.

Evening Harrymoon, how was Glasto?
wet for the first day then quite changeable but nice weather for the remainder, had a brilliant time and got to see among others, the proclaimers, neil diamond and leonard cohen...so much going on and brilliant sights too, should have taken the 400d, if I was to write a manifesto I think one of the points would be everyone should experience Glasto at least once. Starting getting a taste for cider this weekend too
