what a brilliant fast,tough and runnable race in fact i enjoyed it that much i went up today in the pouring rain and did the course again plus afew reps on some of the up hill bits. thanks to the organising team ,everything was spot on ,thanks to the 19 marshalls who stopped us getting lost. My coaching skills must be working because my young fell pony trotted off to a resounding victory over his cart horse coach
