    Re: Fell Ponies??

Just like to say thank you to my support team at Osmotherley Thanks to MG for the lift to the race and for getting me my certificate in double quick time. This will have pride of place beside my shield from The Lakeland Country Fair Fell Race and my Bates Welfare CC Best Batting 1974 Trophy. Thanks also to AK for the lift from the race and especially to Chris for the excellent race navigation. So this is interesting, if I needed 3 for a 17 mile, 2000 feet race, this means for a Bob Graham I'll need 58 supporters . 72 miles/17 = 4.25 x 3 = 13, 30000 feet/2000 = 15 x 3 = 45. How many Ponies are there?

    Fantastic!

Now it really will be a good day out

You do know you have to raise sponsorship dont you? Or are you just in it to win it these days?

Ive only just noticed the blood pouring from Amex's pink vest in his winning photo

That was a hard fought victory!

I don't know, but I spotted one in the Thorpe Edge 10k road race today.
She said she was from Otley but didn't know anything about the forum.
Are there many stray Ponies about?

Well done to the North East nags, a good effort in not so good weather, see you all soon.
