pls wait i have an announcement coming soon that will shock the pony world to it's core re vests!!

Have I missed this shocking announcement? I quite like the idea of a polka dot vest, like a Tour De France King of the Mountains. Down side would be eople might think I had some ability at running uphill

seriously though, explain to me again why you would set out on a 22 mile run without taping your nipples?

I had a much more stress-free time at the Fairy Freckled Cow trail race
realising that I would be in danger of finishing above the last 10%, I contrived to miss the start by 2 minutes, thus ensuring I finished 100th out of 109!

Tal-y-Fan next Saturday - dead last has to be my target for that one!

I'm guessing there can't be anything as formal as an accurate Fell Pony membership list? The only criterion for being a Pony is possession of a vest;
and vests can be swapped, stolen, given as gifts, or recycled via Help the Aged or the church rummage sale...

This means that anyone can be a Pony. They might not even be a fell runner, or know that such a thing as fell running exists. They could wear their vest for gardening or shopping, or for decorating the hall.

Ponies will roam, and know no master....

you dont even need a vest,you can do what the hell you like
