Alf Tupper playing rugby league and beating the toffs? I missed that one but i have bought some old copies of Victor. Have fun at Alnmouth , a really beautiful inspoilt coastline , i may well have a bash at this race next year.
Btw does anyone know why there is any limit on this race, as most is run along beach/quiet country roads?
