OK Daz. You missed a great race at Shining Tor tonight.
First 2 miles were good practice for Snowdon - not as rough maybe.
Looks like I won't be running this race due to twisted ankle and can't see it being okay for Saturday?
Neverthless if I can't run I shall be somewhere on route hopefully high up the mountain so plenty of smiles everyone for the camera.
Keep and eye out for Tracey taking piccies as well if she is okay she will be around the tarmac section just after the cattle grid on the first climb. Give her a wave she should be easy to spot?
