I shall mainly be sitting on my ass tomorrow afternoon watching the timetrial on the tour and then racing around a hill on sunday morning.

Well tonight I shall have a wee run, no doubt slow as my glutes ache then it's friday night = wine night

tomorrow will be mooching about a bit like the rest of the week

then sunday running round some hill or other

Tried a little run yesterday - BAD IDEA! Trying not to eat for as long as possible and drink lots of water, to see if that fixes me, so I can go out running Sunday

Afternoon all!!

A warm one again today. Popped into work for a couple of hours this morning to pick a few things up and its like a ghost town.

Going to have nice afternoon today pottering around the house for me. Snowdon tomorrow hope the weather holds out??? no sign of this baby either??

If running is out tommorow which it looks at the minute may get out for a light run on Sunday morning.

Nobody got any hols planned?

No Pinno hubbie and I are struggling to cover the school holidays between us so it means we get no chance of time off all together.

Tracey must be really fed up in this heat then....I take it you've tried all the 'traditional' inducing methods?!

Its difficult trying to cover the school hols. Not heard of many people going away this year usually everyone is going on about where they are going.

Don't think this baby wants to come out either. Next door have just told us we need a side car and motor bike then take Tracey for a drive over a cobblestone road it worked for them - 40 odd years ago. Think they have spent to much time watching heartbeat.

have fun - you've certainly got a lovely day for it.......oh while you're at it can you see if there are any fields to camp in at sedburgh and how hilly are those roads for me pushbike?!!

There's some steep uns around there Em! There is camping in Sedburgh but Dent is much nicer just up the valley by about 5 miles with The Sun Inn selling Dent brewery ale - get some Rams Bottom down ya!!
