    Re: Fell Ponies??

A Twin Pony race last night at Macclesfield Forest, when myself and Lantern Rouge turned out - great to finally meet up and chat - we were both a couple of mins faster than last year, and neither of us came last, so progress of a sort!

also, forgot to mention that I met crumblydown (and was waved at by MrsC) at Snowdon - the networking potential of the Fell Pony vest is finally starting to pay off!

i will im afraid, aint ran properly for 7 months had to settle for walking and biking. had a double hernia op. and my knees been playing up with itb that just wont settle so a gentle jog twice a week. thinking of digging deep and going to see a sports /knee doc. anyone know of a good one to recomend in the yorkshire area .preferbly east yorks.looking forward to shifting injury and running again its quite depressing watching all the runners go shooting by on events. how are u master all well i hope, i'll have to back read the forum and see whats going on.
