Evening Pinno, quiet on here today! Legs battered today after this morning's cycling - longish run planned for tomorrow before my night shift.
Hi Ady, enjoy the run out tomorrow! Will be an earlyish night for me, as fancy watching some of the olympic highlights while in bed
Seen a few, want to watch triathlon live week a Tuesday.

Only just come on myself went for an 8.5 mile run this morning then had visitors most of the day on and off. Enjoyed the bike race this morning on TV.
I heard about Nicole Cook at lunch time on a remote road in the rain whilst fixing my chain in the rain!!

Not a bad weekend. See you did wormstones today. Did you do the Gladstones race yesterday as well? I did 5.5 mile yesterday in torrential rain then 8.5 mile today and hopefully a longer one tomorrow.
Cracking program on bbc2 about Munich olympics and the Ugandan 400m hurdlist just now.
Had a rest day on Saturday Pinno, felt good at the run today, had raced wednesday and thursday though, think welsh harrier raced tuesday, wednesday, thursday and saturday ! Waiting to empty the washing machine then hitting the sack. Good to see you are getting some miles in
The running is coming along well thinking of Haigh Hall possibly this Wed and looking at Birchwood 10k that is next Sunday going for entry on the day? Plus want a few fell races.
