I am a little achey today, I went for a run yesterday and got lost... An hour turned into over 2 fella was out searching the streets

yeah woke up in a bit of a have a slept thru, what time is it blah blah......oh looks its only 6 another 40 mins zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

then a nice 20 mins bike ride to wuk as well.

Well it was the footie fans fault for turning up early for the match - 100s of them there was and my planned route was to go past the football ground so i took a diversion to avoid the masses. And then another and then another

Ah well, I have got the half mara in 5 weeks so I needed it!
