Have a good un at Sedbergh kids. Sorry I'm not there - too much Southern comfort + Curry + staying up to watch the marathon = a late start this morning with a mouth like sandpaper - maybe I need more training in these fine arts.

If this is how normal people feel, they can keep it, can't wait to get back to abnormal, just walked to the shop for some kidney beans and feel like i've run a mararthon

    Sedbergh was very funny

Full report to follow on website after ive had takeaway or something.

Lets just say the world needs to watch out for Fleeter if his form continues to improve at this rate

I caught a glimpse of the Sedbergh results and it looked as though the Pony 'A' team all finished more or less together. Were you running as a pantomime horse or what?
