I caught a glimpse of the Sedbergh results and it looked as though the Pony 'A' team all finished more or less together. Were you running as a pantomime horse or what?

It was a pantomime alright.....Fleeter cruised effortlessly past me somwhere on the Calf and the sight of his pink vest cheered me up so much i followed him a strange way down off Winder where we were then attacked by some strange sheep, with the result that Pudgy was already relaxing at the finish when we got there...the ballbag!

Have a good un at Sedbergh kids. Sorry I'm not there - too much Southern comfort + Curry + staying up to watch the marathon = a late start this morning with a mouth like sandpaper - maybe I need more training in these fine arts.

Excuses, excuses. Race the day before, followed by pizza, chips, 6 pints of bitter, then a curry, then stayed up to watch the marathon, and was still less navigationally challenged than the Master and Fleeter
