Stuck it out and left the waterproof in the bumbag and enjoyed the wet and cold coming off the calf. Was quite nice descending that amazing run across the side of Arant Haw and popping out the clag above Winder and the valley below. That mile stretch has to be one of the best racing miles in the calendar.

Shame I was already 2 mins down on last year's time by the time I got there

Just wondering when this years Sedbergh Hills race is one.Kendal Ac says now on Sunday 23rd but FRA Calendar says Sunday 16th August.Can anyone help as really want to do this one.Thanks

I noticed this the other day. The fell runner mag has a section on race amendments etc and this is in the Summer Mag....looks like it's moved from the 16th to the 23rd..
