I'll be back, in fact i am,,,,,,, had a wet week in Scotland then a wet week back at home, good old British weather. I cut my leg open after falling of mountain bike in Dalbeattie Forest on the red route, did not give it enough respect ,,,, ouch ,, anyway then came down M6 to run at Sedbergh (absolutely brilliant course very enjoyable) but leg has become infected and now on antibiotics,,,, bummer!!!! Enough of my Hols!

Cycled a 50 miler with "Him off the tele" on Thursday went through Mountain Goatess country but no sighting a bit like this forum where has she gone?

I will get round to entering Langdale, as I'm on for the slowest time ever for the Lakeland Classics. No flashy socks next time, unless I mug Marvin.
I planning on doing both, and completing the Lakeland Classics. Then I don't need to do them again. Ever.

Yes it is true i am officially F*&ked, too many years going up and down, to be fair if you were my achilles how would you feel with all that body above you, they had to give up at some point and go on strike!!

need to do some things to try and see if i can start again, have to take some time off running which as i am sure you all know is not easy.
It's fun and i enjoy the sweat running in my eyes, and nipples bleeding, i will keep you posted.
