I cut my leg open after falling of mountain bike in Dalbeattie Forest on the red route, did not give it enough respect ,,,, ouch ,, anyway then came down M6 to run at Sedbergh (absolutely brilliant course very enjoyable) but leg has become infected and now on antibiotics,,,, bummer!!!! Enough of my Hols!

Bad news about Amexs achillies ,will have to send him some abuse as advised by the Master.
Pudgy, I did notice your flashy socks at Sedbergh but had no breath to comment at you came past me on first hill with that pink Fleeter hot on your heels.

I will get round to entering Langdale, as I'm on for the slowest time ever for the Lakeland Classics. No flashy socks next time, unless I mug Marvin.

I saw the aforementioned injury, He says it was caused by his bike pedals but you know and I know that he's taken up alligator wrestling again

I shall be at Langdale and The Three Shires. Anyone else doing the latter?

I planning on doing both, and completing the Lakeland Classics. Then I don't need to do them again. Ever.
