Aye, proper injured Daz. Pulled me back at Dufton. Physio's asked me not to run for a week (). Missing the Ben but desperately hopeful to be back for the mountain trial.

Sprint finish for Madmick and Tomsk

Looks like it will be a close finish between MadMick and Tomsk!! I intend to beat Tomsk - but I think he is a bit optimistic with his time

I'm not prepared to risk complete embarrassment by guessing a time - I just want to run well and finish without injury. Will be having a go at the CLEM sweepstake (guess your time) and might just have a go at the Wharfedale lads pot as well if I bump into them.
