About 7 miles on the trails and mud on Tues. Just beat the rain back to the van. Good pub after.
Even more mud and puddles for about 6 miles on Wed and very swift stop at pub
Tonight rest! and get over disappointment re LDMT ( no criticism there - I bet they are gutted after all their hard work and extra effort)

Is that massive St Bernard still there?

Circumnavigating the dog makes it a long long walk to the bar!

An hour round Low Bradley and the Pinnacle for me. Looking forward to getting home next week for more adventures on Holme Moss and Dove Stones.

Up early(ish) this morning and ran about 8ml from Bolton Abbey cricket ground to Barden Bridge and back on the Dales Way. No-one about and felt good on a perfect morning for a run out!

Nice run that Derby Tup, esp when quiet.

First 2 legs of the BG for me tonight, starting at midnight with Pete Beer and Iain Kelly going for it.

Just need a steady 25 mile or so warm up before a monster race on 28 September.

(Yes, I know this is tomorrow's training today, but my laptop wan't work back o'Skidda.)
