Old one will be cancelled but stored data will still be transferable - but not after wine!!!
That sounds a bit technical but it would be worth it if I could get my numbers back.

It wasn't my Sim card that they was supposed to be replacing. It was Sam's. I just thought it was a simple job of phoning and replacing his. They messed up and sent me a new sim card.
Take some deep breaths and read the manual in the morning.
