Well sand yes, but don't think I will be donning the bikini - we're going to Suffolk nice little country cottage near the sea, pub dinners, afternoon tea and cake, and I might go out on my bike and do a bit of running in between

The weekend's here!! Run out tomorrow afternoon followed by curry and beer in Skipton and then over to watch PPP cx on Sunday. What's everyone else doing?
