    Well I throughly enjoyed watching The ascent looked painful for all, but there were some who were making a right meal of the descent It's easy when you're watching!

    Yep, nice photo's Ian! and cheers for the support on the day.

    Good to see you on the hill. You looked to have the best position in the race (...and btw, thanks for the encouragment that I only had another 3000ft of ascent to go )

    Now, you didn't set the dogs chasing the rabbit did you...(#81 & #82)

    Hope the ankle's fully recovered and you get a chance to do Bofra Kirk Fell...!

    He always likes to give nice encouragment like that In pic 81 I had just got going again after stopping to stroke the dog and talk to Pudgy

    Pudgy will be doing Kirk fell and if fleeter is going up I might even do it

    fancy it pal? i said i wasn't going to race but i quite like the look of it now
