Anyone ever run this one before? I'll be down there at the weekend so thought I might take part.

Nice small race. A long drag up and over the far side around a bit then back over, a nice run down though woods over a couple of streams then a little dig up before the finish.
Ifor
I ran this last year. Ifor has summed it up pretty accurately.
Will be there again on Sunday. I think there was only 13 runners last year, so it's worth doing to keep up support for fell races in the south.
Mark
Think it was about 30 the year before - hope it's nearer 30 than 13 this year - the risk of me getting lost at the back if the last marker gets moved is high enough as it is.
You are right about it needing support. Unfirtunatly I want be there myself first big O event of the year at the weekend so off to that...
Is the route marked? Is it east to follow?
The route is 'partially marked' with marshals at key junction points. Saying that, I did get lost last year, as I still had the remnants of flu and took a sheep/deer track instead of the actual path. A photocopied map was available at the start.
Oh good, should make a nice 20mile run for me then
Tom the organiser normaly helps with the route finding by running himself, if you can keep up with him....
