Night Ady, don't mention training, i'm allergic to it.
60 on the bike today, 11 mile road run yesterday. Working 12 hour shifts next 7 days out of 8 so will have to squeeze in a few sessions where I can.
Nights are pretty good as I get up at 12 and get out at 2 for an hour or so but 12 hour days are tough because when you get home the last thing you want to do is go out for a run but you have to force yourself somtime if you need the training session.
Evening Anyone ?
