Haven't been on here much lately, kind of lost motivation for fell-running for a bit.

However, spent last weekend in the Lakes - my wife's birthday on Saturday, our wedding anniversary on Sunday. Treated ourselves to a night in a swanky hotel then had a brilliant day on Helvellyn on Sunday, absolutely perfect conditions. My wife has designs on the Helvellyn Tri next year so we checked out the run route from Glenridding.

As that was virtually my first fell run since last year's relays, needless to say my legs are feeling it a bit now.

Top day out - I feel a revival coming on
