Many thanks one and all

I'd Planned today to be a rest day but i got up this morning to a stunning sun rise with early morning mist in the valley below my house so I went out for a 'Recovery run'. Glorious

I then spent the day doing the good son bit taking my mum out for something to eat near Leeds.

Just got home wine in fridge ready for tonight. Bought mussels for tea and found a box of Thornton Continentals outside that some one has sent me.
