mmm I know - I worry about myselt sometimes!

I've spent all afternoon cooking and baking

Cottage pie
Veggie bake
Tuna pasta bake
Chicken casserole
Apple sponge thing - it's still in the oven and I'm not convinced it's going to come out as intended!
err what else... oh - Victoria Sponge cake
and I need to think if something to make for tonights tea!!

I was going to make a Machester tart too but have no dessicated coconut

Ooh yum yum...think I'll just pop round for tea!
