    I'm a definate fat bastard entry for Pendle, sent my entry off this morning and have gone into serious training mode..................Cider, cakes, kebabs, chocolate, mucky fat drip butties, basically anything that's edible, and a few thing that are not

    I'm with you Amex, ie shouting abuse and throwing things, mainly because I'm not fit enough to do it but also because I'm an old phart and couldn't be arsed. However I wouldn't like to miss the social gathering after and a pint or 2 of pendle witches.Mrs C is hoping to be back to fitness after her injury so count her in at least.
