So let me get this right Mr W - you've taken up cycling and now swimming with a vengence recently. Might you be considering trying a Tri? We'll have you treading water on the Helvellyn start line before you know it. Incidently the same co that organise H'lyn (Trihard) have a new 'un in June which is from Pooley Bridge and is 1/2 Ironlady distance with the 1/2 marathon bit going up High Street.
This week oi ave mainly been....
Mon- Girly Pilates (thanks SlipperyStones)...and yes I am the only member in the class with my own teeth.
Tues - eyeballs out spinning class and evening club run.
Wed - 1 hour MTB ride to watch 1 of my nippers in local x-x race.
Thurs- 1 hour swim lesson (cue reference to arm bands)
Fri - spinning class
Sat - will do 1 hour run. Then off to the Brecons/Black Mts for 1/2 term week.

40 mins around The Chew....nice change in weather from last nights run...Lovely run...

Rare road run this evening. 2 laps of village in approx 40mins including a couple of what I believe are called 'efforts'.

4m to work, 2m off road in dark with new Alpkit Gamma headtorch (good bit of kit and got it for cheap, cheers Derby Tup, i think, for the heads up)
5m bog splash over Norland Moor after work.
Week off work now
Plenty planned for next week including a 3 Day caravaning trip to Coniston next Friday and a trot up Old Man and beyond with Al Fowler

Headtorch run round the Gravy Pud course followed by a meal in the Bulls Head.

2 days rest then a short 2.4 mile with the head torch around Pex Hill at 9pm tonight

Some big village if it takes you twenty minutes to run round it! If I set off now to run round Carrbrook Village I would be back within five minutes.
No run for me yesterday. A complete rest day.
Birmingham half tomorrow. Just deciding where to go for my six mile run this morning.
