Woke up this morning with a cold, and a barking cough, probably something to do with sticking me head in the cleft of a treeIs the mobile wine bar going to Pendle or are you just going to pub. I might as well just go straight to the pub as my fitness had abandoned me of late, thinking of joining the fat boy club with Stolly and Merrylegs.
Speaking of ponies in strange positions did you see that pony with its head stuck in the cleft of a tree, thought it was ML on his way back from Cornwall but this happened in America.
I suppose now ML and Stolly are going to thrash me at Pendle, looking forward to it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sunday is a saunter around the NYSD league at Hartlepool for me, will get tonked there by all my old rivals, but I will be back. ( I will also be at the back)

However, mate of mine won a mararthon last week with a full blown cold and set a new PB, he is a proper athlete though, not like us lot
Me too - I've even bought me one of these. It might help "thrash" you but I doubt it will make me run fast enough to beat you in the race.

No the wine bar will be staying at home that day, we don't live far from Pendle, I will of course be going to the pub but not before I've hurled abuse and sweeties at you lot .

Fun on one side, are any of you 'riding out' from Ambleside on Sat with the Evans Ride It bike event? The last one turned into a full-on race but the longer course this week looks good - pink vests allowed I hear.
I wont be be riding out from anywhere at moment as the wheels have well and truly dropped off my carriage. ......
Taking a month off training to see if I come back stronger.
Lola if you turn up for Pendle with a proper crop, I am sure ML, Stolly and even spectators like Amex and Crumbly would enjoy that outing..........
