just had the biggest shock of my life

A came back from the Rams and shouted they had won the match then told me Mr Heron who had been pinching my pondish had been found dead on the park this morning

right night all i was up at 3.00am ( hmmm) doing what i cant remember

Morning all - chuffing freezing and my man flu has got worse. Ferverish and weird dreams all night, roll on spring

Morning all - chuffing freezing and my man flu has got worse. Ferverish and weird dreams all night, roll on spring

Firstly suspended for a month then dismissed for basically over doing personal emails and internet usage. Very harsh as I'd not even had a formal verbal waring prior to this. Appeal against decision has gone in but no date for it set so far. I have got another job as I can't afford to not have a reasonable amount of money coming in ....... it limits my racing options far too much However I'm still awaiting a starting date at the moment.

I what a chilly day it is. I am hoping to get out for a long road run later this morning just doing a few household chores whilst everyone is out.
